Who we are

A small listings desk, not an employer

HyreLoft collects home-based briefs from employers who would rather not run their own hiring page. We check that the brief is real, write it up plainly, and pass your details across when you apply. The employer takes it from there — they set the terms and they pay you directly.

MMarcus, Echuca

“The training was shorter than I expected and the notes stayed open on my second screen the whole first week.”

TTegan, Wodonga

“Nothing about it felt rushed. I asked three questions before applying and got three straight answers.”

Questions

The things people ask before applying

Do I need experience?

No. Each listing here is written for someone starting fresh, and the employer runs an online walkthrough before your first shift. What helps far more than a résumé is being reachable during the hours you said you would cover.

Can I choose my own hours?

Yes — that is the point of the roster. You write down the blocks you can genuinely cover, the employer confirms them, and you change them later by messaging the same HR contact. There is no fixed weekly minimum.

What equipment is needed?

A laptop or desktop, a connection that does not drop, and somewhere quiet enough to concentrate. A headset only matters for the roles that involve calls, and none of the four listed here do.

How does training run?

It happens online, usually in one sitting of around two hours, and the notes stay available afterwards. Nobody is expected to memorise the tools on day one — most people keep the guide open beside them for the first week.

Who actually pays me?

The employer does, on their own payroll schedule. HyreLoft is a listings desk — we pass your application across and step back. We never charge applicants at any stage.
